Improve UI

Currently the UI of I2PSnark consists of merely one page(.jsp), which lists all torrents, contains the configuration page and links to the completed files, which only works on the same machine I2PSnark is running on(​file:// links). The goal of this project would be to implement the possibility to download the completed from within the browser and improve the UI in general to allow comfortable downloading of many torrents.
