IRC DCC

DCC is used for direction communication between two irc clients, either for chat or for filetransfers. Right now the IRC-Tunnel in ​I2PTunnel does not support DCC. When implemented this would allow for secure, private conversations between two clients, even in an scenario, where the host operating the irc server is compromised. This project involves changing the IRC filter to change the DCC request on the fly and open new connections over the I2P network.
