implement i2psnark multitracker support

I2PSnark only supports torrent files with a single tracker url right now. It also cannot create any torrent files with more than one tracker. The goal of this project would be to bring multitracker support to the i2psnark core and update it's UI to allow the creation of multitracker torrents as well. This task can be combined with the Improve UI idea quite easily.
